1. General Usage
Clients must use HostxDedi services responsibly and in compliance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the server is located. Any misuse of our infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly forbidden:
• Network attacks (DDoS, port scanning, brute force)
• Phishing or scam-related operations
• Malware distribution or botnet control
• Spam campaigns or mass unsolicited emails
• Exploitation of system vulnerabilities
3. Resource Abuse
Excessive CPU, RAM, bandwidth, or disk usage that negatively impacts other clients may result in service limitation or suspension. Dedicated server clients are responsible for proper configuration and abuse prevention.
4. Content Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for all content hosted on their servers. HostxDedi does not monitor hosted content but reserves the right to investigate abuse complaints and take necessary action.
5. Enforcement
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension, termination without refund, or permanent account restriction. Severe violations may be reported to appropriate authorities where legally required.
6. Policy Updates
HostxDedi reserves the right to update or modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of any updated terms.
