Upon receiving a valid complaint, we may forward the notice to the server owner for response. HostxDedi does not actively monitor hosted content but reserves the right to investigate serious abuse cases.
4. Repeat Violations
Clients repeatedly involved in confirmed illegal copyright infringement under applicable jurisdiction may face suspension or termination of services without refund.
5. False Claims
Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent copyright complaints may result in legal consequences. We reserve the right to ignore abusive or automated takedown requests.
