3. Payments & Billing
All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept cryptocurrency and other supported payment methods. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination.
4. No Warranty
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we aim for maximum uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
5. Limitation of Liability
HostxDedi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
